This course explores the power of being fully present, habits and patterns in leadership, mindful leadership, and the power of reflection. Participants will identify triggers that prevent them from being fully present and the benefits of ensuring they are fully present as leaders. Dr. Lloyd presses participants to evaluate their personal habits and traits that may impact a leader’s ability to persist. Participants will evaluate the effectiveness and value of mindful leadership and the power of reflection to improve leadership capacity.
