In this 4-part series, Dr. Jim Lynch hosts an esteemed panel of educational leaders to discuss an overview of hiring practices, accountability, evaluation, and collaborative leadership. 

Session 1:  Hiring Practices  

Dr. Victoria Gehrt, Dr. Dolores Szymanski, and Dr. Adrain Johnson identify best practices for identifying, hiring, and retaining the most highly qualified candidates for the job.

Session 2: Accountability

Dr. Shelby Davidson, Dr. Lupita Hinojosa, and Dr. Thomas Randle discuss individual accountability and present a discussion on various means that principals and supervisors can use to promote individual employee accountability from support staff through teachers.

Session 3: Evaluation

Dr. Christie Whitbeck, Dr. Abelardo Saavedra, and Dr. Geovanny Ponce will evaluate how evaluations impact accountability. The discussion will also include evaluating how teacher evaluations make a difference in the continuous improvement process.

Session 4: Collaborative Leadership

Dr. Victoria Gehrt, Dr. David Harris, and Dr. Martha Salazar-Zamora focus on defining collaboration and its importance in educational leadership. Further, the webinar will discuss how collaboration can be fostered as well as stifled.
